Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, any time from your account. If you move to annual, we’ll credit what’s left of your current month.
How do I cancel?
Send Laura a message from your account and she’ll sort it. If you’d rather pause over the summer holidays, just say.
What happens to my downloads if I cancel?
Anything you’ve already downloaded is yours to keep and use in your classroom. You just won’t be able to download new resources.
Can my school pay?
Yes. Pay with a school card and you’ll get a VAT receipt by email for your finance team, every time you’re billed.
Can I share my login with my team?
Each membership is for one practitioner. If your whole EYFS team would like access, get in touch and Laura will help.
I’m already a member on the old site. What happens?
Nothing changes. Your subscription carries straight over. You’ll get one email to set a new password.
