About this resource

Continuous Provision Planning: Traditional Tales (3 Weeks) Comprehensive 3-week continuous provision planning inspired by traditional tales, designed to support high-quality learning through purposeful play and meaningful storytelling experiences. The planning incorporates the SHREC approach to promote high-quality adult interactions and sustained shared thinking. It includes annotated photographs to model effective continuous provision set-ups, alongside clear progression of skills and coverage of the EYFS prime areas of learning. This resource supports practitioners in understanding not only what to provide, but how to interact, extend children's thinking and maximise learning opportunities, ensuring provision is purposeful, engaging and developmentally appropriate throughout the unit.
