About this resource

Support end of year Reception assessment with this editable EYFS ELG assessment tracker, designed to help organise judgements against the Early Learning Goals (ELGs) in one clear, manageable document. Created specifically for busy Reception teachers, this resource supports ongoing assessment, moderation discussions, identification of next steps and transition to Year 1. With all ELGs included in an easy-to-use format, it provides a simple way to monitor children who are on track, developing or requiring further support towards expected outcomes and Good Level of Development (GLD). © 2026 EYFS with Mrs S.
