This editable Reception Summer 2 Medium Term Plan explores Go Getters! through the big question “What can we see and hear at the seaside?”
The final half term provides opportunities for children to explore holidays, seaside environments, marine life, maps, fossils, Mary Anning and how seaside experiences have changed over time.
The plan brings together all areas of the EYFS and includes lines of enquiry, cultural capital, role play, core texts, phonics, mathematics, key vocabulary, continuous provision and assessment opportunities.
Summer 2 also provides plenty of opportunities for children to consolidate and apply the skills and knowledge developed throughout Reception, with clear links to your progression documents and wider curriculum resources.
