ShREC Lanyard Cards for Staff
Pocket-sized prompts to help adults have high quality interactions in your setting. Based on the SHREC approach from the EEF (Shared attention, Respond, Expand, Conversation), these cards give staff the right words at the right moment to extend play, build vocabulary and encourage meaningful back-and-forth talk, in line with the EYFS framework.
This pack includes a SHREC overview card, a card of general opening phrases, and prompt cards for role play, playdough, water, sand, small world and construction. Each card is lanyard size (about 68 x 96 mm) and designed to be quick to glance at mid-play. The pack is fully editable in Word, so you can change the wording or fonts, or add areas of your own.
